Schools must meet rigorous criteria across four key areas: Physical Education, Physical Activity, Partnerships, and Active School Week (ASW). Earning a flag involves a thorough review process, including an application submission, the creation of a dedicated ASF website to showcase achievements and an on-site inspection by an ASF representative.
We are extremely happy and proud to announce that St. Andrew’s National School has officially been awarded the Active School Flag (ASF)! 🏅💙
This is a huge achievement that celebrates our school’s strong commitment to physical activity, health, and well-being. From fun fitness breaks and active yard games to active homework and whole-school initiatives, our journey to becoming an Active School has been filled with energy and enthusiasm.
