🌞 🌞 The Incredible Summer Fair at St. Andrew’s 🌞 🌞
What a day! St. Andrew’s was bursting with joy and energy today as the whole school came together to celebrate our fantastic Summer Fair. Organised by the brilliant 6th Classes — with the support of teachers, SNAs, staff, and the ever-helpful PTA — it was an afternoon full of laughter, fun, and unforgettable memories.
There was so much to enjoy! The school yard was buzzing with activity — from football and basketball games to ring toss, darts, hook-a-duck, and of course, the highlight for many… throwing wet sponges at some very brave (and now very soggy) teachers. A perfect revenge for all the homework given throughout the year.
Inside the hall, the 6th Class students transformed the space into a bustling toy and book market, where excited children browsed, bartered, and bagged some brilliant bargains. Just down the corridor, the school café offered a warm welcome to parents and carers, who popped in for tea, coffee, cake, and a chat, while taking part in the always-popular raffle.
A very special thank you goes to both of our amazing 6th Classes for their hard work, enthusiasm, and excellent teamwork. From planning and setting up to running stalls and keeping the fair running smoothly, they showed real leadership and made the day one to remember.
It was a joyful celebration of our school community — full of fun, laughter and teamwork. What a way to start the summer! 🌞
